Dolma Sherpa- Bokan is one of the directors of the Adventure Ascent organization since inception. Holding degrees in Business Management, Dolma has been working for over 6 years in the Nepali Mountaineering & Tourism industry. In the past she has been involved in the reputed trekking and mountaineering company providing exceptional leadership & service in terms of operational management. She prides herself on attention to details; arranging all the trekking & route permits, as well as ticketing on the travel side of the business. She manages all the Leaders, Climbers, Guides, Cooks, Porters, also all the required equipment’s & victualing so as to make your expedition successful, smooth & safe. There is a great deal of attention to detail needed to ensure every tiny aspect is thoroughly covered so there are no glitches in making your trip a winning & memorable experience.
